GESTAOWEB is a WEB information system for the management of patients undergoing Oral Anticoagulant Therapy (TAO) and new drug therapies (DOACS).
The system fully manages all phases of the Workflow in the hospital (TAO Centers, Laboratories analysis, etc.) and is prepared for the management of territorial structures (districts, MMG, Specialists, etc.).
The WEB technology used by GESTAOWEB enables the decentralisation of patient care in the territory, enabling the immediate improvement of the operational management of clinical activities on the territory for TAO patients and the reduction of patient movements to hospital centres, allowing a significant improvement in their quality of life.
GESTAOWEB was developed in accordance with the specifications recommended by FCSA and is equipped with automatic algorithms for the proposal of drug therapy.

- Planning visits and withdrawals: by automatic management of the appointment calendar;
- Consultation: making available all the data related to the patient’s clinical history and automatically proposing the therapy through an algorithm that analyzes the patient’s analytical and clinical data;
- Reporting and digital signature: by single or cumulative printing of the reports containing the value of INR, the prescribed therapy and the appointment for the collection and/or the subsequent visit and its digital signature.
